We’re always on the lookout for passionate, committed people to be part of what God is doing through our church. Whether you're called to ministry, admin, operations, worship, youth work, or something else entirely - there may be a place for you here*.

Youth Pastor

Are you passionate about seeing young people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and live courageously for Jesus in today’s world? Christ Church W4 is a vibrant evangelical, charismatic Anglican church in West London (W4), with a big vision to see lives transformed by the gospel – and we’re looking for a dynamic, faith-filled Youth Worker to join our team!

This full-time role is all about leading and growing our youth ministry (ages 11–18) with creativity, gospel conviction, and contagious enthusiasm. You’ll disciple young people, partner with families, and raise up a new generation of Spirit-empowered disciples – all within the life and mission of a thriving, Bible-teaching church.

If you love the local church, thrive on building relationships, have a heart for seeing young people come alive in Christ and live in the power of the Spirit – we’d love to hear from you.
