At the 6pm service Richard looks at the subversive role that acceptance brings to suffering. It builds on last week’s teaching that a Christian cannot simply say ‘Insha’Allah’ when faced with suffering. This week he examines the subversion that comes when like Christ at Gethsemane and St Paul with his thorn in the flesh, we are able to say ‘Thy will be done’.
